At Hijaab.Co, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original packaging and tags (if applicable) are intact.
The item is in its original condition with no signs of use, stains, perfumes, or damage.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed, and the replacement product will be dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you no longer wish to keep the item.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging.

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Important Notes

Returns and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.
Hijaab.Co reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
